★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO COMPREN EN ESTE LUGAR!!! En los departamentos no puedes meter muebles ni refrigeradores! No hay por dónde subirlos, no hicieron elevador de carga y por los elevadores tan pequeños no caben!!! Además de nunca dar fechas de avance de obra y muchos problemas más... espero nadie más compre aquí eviten problemas!
 DO NOT BUY IN THIS PLACE !!! You cannot put furniture or refrigerators in the apartments! There is no way to upload them, they did not make a freight elevator and because of the small elevators they do not fit !!! In addition to never giving work progress dates and many more problems ... Intalaciones de primera, acabados de los departamentos de igual forma.
Y repito: sus amenidades se llevan de calle a muchos deptos de Polanco y nada que ver con los costos entre ambos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compren en este complejo, las amenidades y la mayoría de áreas comunes cuentan con un pésimo acabado y equipamiento. Cero seriedad por parte Altezza. Nada que ver su publicidad con lo que realmente ofrecen pero eso si, te piden una cuota de equipamiento de $20 mil. En lugar de estar gastando en cuadros para cada pasillo y áreas comunes deberian corregir los pésimos acabados.
Nota: el gimnasio esta bien equipado porque se está rentando a un tercero con la cuota de mantenimiento mensual, no porque se haya adquirido con la cuota de equipamiento de los condominios.

No se dejen engañar, vengan y conozcan sus supuestas amenidades de lujo. La alberca interior tiene un mural horrible, el spa es un cuarto sin ningún acabado, la ludoteca igual terrible, el "sports bar" es un pasillo con 3 pantallas mal puestas, un barra mal terminada y bancos de 3 pesos, el área de asadores son 2 asadores pequeños, el área de perros era un reja de mala calidad sujetada con varillas.
