★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de las agentes de venta, son impuntuales, cambian costos y ofertan lo que no tienen. Me ofrecieron un casa con roof garden, de las cuales ya no tienen y me cobraban 40 mil pesos extras por romper el techo para hacer el rood garden. No tienen nada preparado para las ventas solo se limitan a mostrar las casas y el fraccionamiento. No hay costos por escritos ni simuladores de crédito, tampoco informan sobre el costo de escrituración.
Terrible service from the sales agents, they are unpunctual, they change costs and offer what they do not have. They offered me a house with a roof garden, of which they no longer have and they charged me an extra 40 thousand pesos for breaking the roof to make the rood garden. They have nothing prepared for sales, they only limit themselves to showing the houses and the subdivision. There are no costs for writing or credit simulators, nor do they inform about the cost of deed.
