★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein schönes ruhiges gelegendes Grundstück. Die einzelnden Häuser sind Stil und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Gut eingerichtet und nette Vermieter. Ein Pool rundet die Sache ab. Mit dem Bus kommt man schnell und billig in das centrum cancuns. In der Nähe ein leckeres seafood Restaurant mit Strand.
A nice quiet plot. The individual houses are style and tastefully furnished. Well furnished and nice landlord. A pool completes the thing. By bus you can quickly and cheaply in the centrum cancuns. Nearby a delicious seafood restaurant with beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un desastre, la cocina sin gas, el agua se corta por las mañanas, la casa está mal mantenida, de las 4 habitaciones solo dos aires funcionan, el resto con ventiladores de techo. Nos vendieron casa Magda (n*2) y nos entregaron la casa n*6 que no era lo que habíamos pagado. Los sillones sucios al igual que las sillas del comedor, la ropa de cama con olor extraño. Una completa desilución. Una estafa!!!!!
A disaster, the kitchen without gas, the water is cut in the mornings, the house is poorly maintained, of the 4 rooms only two airs work, the rest with ceiling fans. They sold us Magda house (n * 2) and handed us house n * 6 which was not what we had paid. Dirty armchairs as well as dining room chairs, odd-smelling bedding. A complete disappointment. A fraud!!!!!
