Incredible small houses next to each other in one way streets. I would have to be crazy to buy there. It looks like government housing but with nice cars on the parking.

Beautiful homes, but neighborhood needs more greenery, it looks bare and could use some landscape help. A few more bushes/trees/plants would make this place perfect

Review for Bali 2. I purchased a house in the new development Bali HU Lifestyle. Specifically the Recinto Model, located on Privada Capri. I experienced hell with the water system of the house, I did NOT have water for three days. The developer did not seem to care, he kept insisting he would send a plumber to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. That was not case, after multiple messages and calls days later he finally sent a plumber. The plumber was incompetent. He came multiple times to resolve the issue and insisted everything was fine. Until Aguakan (the water company) contacted me to inform me that I was utilizing 12 times the normal amount of water. The incompetence of the plumber and developer was revealed by an inspection performed by the city's water company Aguakan, which revealed my brand new house was built with a water container that had holes in it, essentially throwing away gallons and gallons of water. The water company said I should have my own private cenote with the amount of water being thrown away thanks to the incompetence of the developer and plumber. In all honesty, these houses may have a high price tag but do not expect quality. This greedy company utilized the cheapest materials, plumbers, and construction workers they could find. THE NEW RECINTO MODEL HOUSES IN BALI 2, ARE POOR QUALITY, EXPECT AN ABUNDANCE OF PROBLEMS AND BEING IGNORED BY THE DEVELOPER. The pole to hold clothes in the closets was intentionally cut to short by the developer to save money, and it falls down everytime I try to hang clothes. Privada Capri DOES NOT have any security as promised by the sales team, the gate is open 24/7, it is very unsafe. The pool does not have any chairs or tables, unlike in other privadas. And, the gym which was promised to be completed in November of 2021 still is under construction, now with an estimated completion date of May 2022. BALI 2 is bait and switch. Lots of promises and no delivery. If we could return this house we would. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY. 0 stars, NOT LUXURY AT ALL.

Its a great place for families. I love that each block has it's own pool and a shared sports club that's fully equipped.

They have you waiting when you get there because "Nadia" which is the person who rented the home did not tell in advance the security guards that we were arriving. Two days later light and water are gone, no one replies, nothing works here, terrible service definitely not recommended.
