★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonito desarrollo lejos de la ciudad de Merida. Ideal para retiro, pasar el fin de semana lejos de el tráfico y las distracciones. Concepto de casas tipo hacienda, los terrenos no son muy grandes pero si arriba del promedio actual; muchas áreas verdes aunque todavía esté en construcción y debería de tener más, en general árboles. No hay servicios buenos, muy alejado de tiendas o lugares para comprar alimentos. Totalmente libre de ruido y exceso de luz. Clima muy rico, según la temporada, yucatan es un estado muy caluroso. En general falta algún parque, áreas verdes y mantenimiento de lo existente, así como el tema de los servicios (internet, señal de telefonía celular, tiendas para compras básicas).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo recomiendo comprar aquí si estás listo para desembolsar una buena cantidad en arreglar cosas básicas como plomería, cablería, albañilería, etc. La desarrolladora no es muy responsiva ya que hayas comprado.
Me encantaría un sendero en el area verde de la entrada, pues aunque muy vistoso, no tiene un senderito caminable o para andar en bici con los niños.
I only recommend shopping here if you're ready to shell out a good deal on fixing basic things like plumbing, wiring, masonry, etc. The developer is not very responsive since you have purchased.
I would love a path in the green area of the entrance, because although very attractive, it does not have a walking path or to ride a bike with the children.
