Lo que demeritar son los materiales usados para los acabados ya que se ve que son de mala calidad y hay que invertir para que se mejore después de un tiempo no tan largo de uso.
Si compras casa recomiendo contratar una administración externa para mantener una hábitat sobrellevarlo con los vecinos
