★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito lugar para vivir, pero no hay estacionamiento para las visitas, y además los basureros ubicados justo en el centro de fraccionamiento dan muy mal imagen al último.
 Very nice place to live, but there is no parking for visitors, and also the garbage cans located right in the center of subdivision give a very bad image to the last one.

Sinceramente la cercania que tiene este lugar a los puntos más importantes de la ciudad hacen de este unos de los lugares más solicitados para vivir
Excellent place to live, it is a fairly quiet private neighborhood with many spaces to walk ... in this place there are simple, large houses and condominium apartments. Honestly, the proximity that this place has to the most important points of the city make this one of the most requested places to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dista mucho de un residencial, parece más vecindad, todo está muy descuidado, me tocó ver gente que no respeta señalamientos de no estacionar e incumpir la velocidad permitida, palomillas de menores problemáticos por lo que sé de los vecinos sin quién los corrija, y caro e inconcluso y dicen inseguro, y les cortan el agua al no contar con aljibe ni tinacos, ecocidas.
It is far from a residential, it seems more like a neighborhood, everything is very neglected, I have seen people who do not respect the signs of not parking and violating the speed limit, moths of problematic minors from what I know of the neighbors without anyone to correct them, and expensive and unfinished and they say insecure, and they cut off their water because they don't have a cistern or water tanks, ecocides.
