Lo peor es que estaba mal pintada necesitaba otra capa se pintura,, imaginate si no quieren gastar en pintura cuantos detalles saldrán con el tiempo!! La constructora se comprometió a reparar los detalles. Tienen un control de calidad muy bajo.
A family member bought there and the house had many details. The worst thing is that it was badly painted, I needed another layer of paint, imagine if you do not want to spend on painting how many details will come out eventually! The construction company promised to repair the details. They have a very low quality control.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pienso que es un excelente lugar para vivir, las casas están muy bonitas, la vigilancia es excelente, actualmente los dos guardias que se encuentran vigilando son de confianza, amables y honestos. Además cerca del fraccionamiento se encuentra un Hospital y a unos cuantos minutos el centro de Silao, en dónde puedes encontrar todos los servicios básicos (supermercados, bancos, frutería, etc), he escuchado y leído muchos comentarios malos de que esta ubicado en un mal lugar pero no es así ya que tiene fácil acceso a la carretera hacia León o Irapuato, la zona es bastante tranquila, en el año y medio que viví ahí nunca tuve ningún problema ☺
I think it is an excellent place to live, the houses are very nice, the surveillance is excellent, currently the two guards who are watching are trustworthy, kind and honest. Also close to the fractionation is a hospital and a few minutes from the center of Silao, where you can find all the basic services (supermarkets, banks, greengrocers, etc), I have heard and read many bad comments that is located in a bad place but it's not like that because it has easy access to the road to León or Irapuato, the area is quite quiet, in the year and a half I lived there I never had any problem ☺
