Muchas promesas y al final todo muy deficiente hay muchos vicios ocultos de los cuales no se hacen responsables o nos dan largas. Es todo un fraude la inmobiliaria

A 5 meses de recibir el departamento, han cambiado 4 veces de administrador. Ninguno ha dado solución a los problemas planteados ni ha entregado cuentas....

1) elevadores sin funcionar
2) áreas comunes sin termina, el salón de usos múltiples y el gimnasio parecen basurero o bodega, los pasillos entre los departamentos con cemento aún no les ponen piso
3) Sin administración
4) Sin lugar adecuado para la basura
5) La carpintería pesima(cocina, closet, puertas) en la terminación de los acabados en general
6) La inmobiliaria no responde a las peticiones de los vecinos, no contestan los correos

Piénselo 2 veces antes de comprar a la larga puros problemas...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre departamento en calle 1 y la empresa tiene 2 años que no cumple con los convenios que promete se tienen vicios ocultos, problemas de agua, hay temas de filtraciones por humedad, nos entregaron un predial que está inflado para justificar el sobrecosto de venta y ni siquiera nos ayudaron a rectificar existen muchos desperfectos que hasta la fecha se niegan en atender… no gasten su dinero pagando malas experiencias y con una constructora que solo lucra con sus ahorros…

Revisen antes de comprar.
