★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi opinión sobre los departamentos de Carso Tlalnepantla deja mucho que desear por lo siguiente:
1.-su distribución es mala. Los baños no tienen ventilación solo extractor . Si tenían opción de poner ventanas en los baños.
2.-todas las llaves del cuarto de servicio son corrientes o de Nariz pequeña lo q hace q salpique toda el agua.
3.- A quien se le ocurre no poner espacio para un escurridor de trastes . Si no tienen ni siquiera lava platos integrada y aun así no es excusa para No poner espacio para un escurridor . El q lo hizo es inepto. Pero no lo puso porq ya no habría espacio para el refrigerador.
4.- Sus ventanas No me gustan ya que abren muy poco me hubiera gustado más con balcón.
5.-En cuanto a materiales para la cocina son de PÉSIMA CALIDAD YA Q LA CUBIERTA DE LA COCINA SE MANCHA HASTA CON EL AGUA , No duden Q sea china ,LA SENEFA DEL MISMO MATERIAL Q VA DETRÁS DEL GRIFO DEL AGUA ESTÁ MUY ABAJO DEL NIVEL Q VA , LA ESTUFA ES DEMASIADO PEQUEÑA PARA EL COSTO O EL VALOR DEL DEPARTAMENTO Y EL MATERIAL DE MABE ES CORRIENTE (La parte Donde están los quemadores).
6.- Las ESCALERAS DE EMERGENCIA ESTÁN HORRIBLES BUENO HASTA LA MEZCLA DE CEMENTO MAL PUESTA SON UNA HELADERA Y POR SI FUERA POCO SIN PINTAR HORRIBLES PARA LO Q ELLOS DICEN Q VALEN SUS DEPARTAMENTOS .
7.-También chequen y q los lleven a ver la entrada y salida del estacionamiento del los departamentos. Su entrada y salida es la misma ,cuando usted sale del estacionamiento es muy estrecho e incómodo está muy cerca de los carros cuando entran o bajan a su estacionamiento algo mal diseñado .
SI COMPRAN OBSERVEN Y VERIFIQUEN Q LES DEN UN PASEO POR LAS ESCALERAS DE EMERGENCIA .
También las tarjetas lectoras del estacionamiento tardan mucho en abrir las plumas.
Y si tu solicitas algo q no funcione o q te entreguen algún documento ya vendiéndote No les importas tanto y no te hacen caso q cosa !!!!!! Y por si fuera poco pensaron en construir hasta el último pedazo de tierra sus departamentos pero No pensaron EN LOS SERES HUMANOS Q TIENEN EN VIGILANCIA PIR DIOS TODA LA PANDEMIA Y AGREGENLE EL FRÍO INTENSO LAS JORNADAS DE TURNO COMPLETO DIA. Y NOCHE EN EL FRÍO INTENSO SIN IMPORTARLES NADA CON UNA CASETA HORRIBLE DONDE HUMANAMENTE HABLANDO NO ES POSIBLE NI MOVERSE SIENDO DE ALUMINIO. Q ES FRÍO Y EL SOL DA HORRIBLE . Q MAL Q NO VALOREN A SU PERSONAL.
My opinion of the apartments in Carso Tlalnepantla leaves much to be desired due to the following:
1.-its distribution is bad. The bathrooms do not have ventilation, only an extractor fan. If they had the option of putting windows in the bathrooms.
2.-all the keys of the utility room are current or small nose which makes all the water splash.
3.- Who can think of not putting space for a dish drainer? If they don't even have a built-in dishwasher and even then it's no excuse not to put space for a drainer. Whoever did it is inept. But he didn't put it in because there would no longer be room for the refrigerator.
4.- I don't like its windows since they open very little. I would have liked more with a balcony.
5.-Regarding materials for the kitchen, they are of POOR QUALITY AND THE KITCHEN ROOF EVEN STAINS WITH WATER, Do not doubt that it is Chinese, THE SENEFA OF THE SAME MATERIAL THAT GOES BEHIND THE WATER TAP IS VERY BELOW THE LEVEL Q VA , THE STOVE IS TOO SMALL FOR THE COST OR THE VALUE OF THE APARTMENT AND THE MABE MATERIAL IS CURRENT (The part where the burners are).
6.- The EMERGENCY STAIRS ARE HORRIBLE, WELL EVEN THE POORLY PLACED CEMENT MIX IS A REFRIGERATOR AND AS IF IT WERE LITTLE UNPAINTED HORRIBLE FOR WHAT THEY SAY THEIR APARTMENTS ARE WORTH.
7.-Also check and take them to see the entrance and exit of the apartment parking lot. Your entrance and exit is the same, when you leave the parking lot it is very narrow and uncomfortable, it is very close to the cars when they enter or leave your parking lot, something poorly designed.
IF YOU BUY OBSERVE AND VERIFY THAT THEY GIVE YOU A WALK UP THE EMERGENCY STAIRS.
Also the parking lot reader cards take a long time to open the pens.
And if you request something that doesn't work or that they give you a document already selling you They don't care about you so much and they don't pay attention to you what a thing!!!!!! And as if that weren't enough, they thought of building their apartments to the last piece of land, but they didn't think about the human beings who keep watch over the entire pandemic and add the intense cold to the full day shift. AND NIGHT IN THE INTENSE COLD WITHOUT CARING ABOUT ANYTHING WITH A HORRIBLE HOUSE WHERE HUMANLY SPEAKING IT IS NOT POSSIBLE OR TO MOVE BEING MADE OF ALUMINUM. Q IS COLD AND THE SUN IS HORRIBLE. TOO WRONG THAT THEY DON'T VALUE THEIR STAFF.
