Su ubicación es excelente ya que a sus alrededores se puede encontrar muy fácilmente súper mercado, restaurantes, escuelas, iglesias, etc. Si desea vivir de manera segura y cómoda contácteme, puedo mostrar departamentos en venta o renta de este residencial. Cuenta con vigilancia y cámaras de circuito cerrado. Las áreas comunes en perfecto estado de funcionamiento. Estacionamientos techados, y agradable ambiente en general. Los niños pueden andar en los jardines, disfrutar de la alberca con la tranquilidad que muy pocos lugares ofrecen. Es como estar en un hotel 5 estrellas. The best thing is the security you have. Desde que empezó la Cuarentena, las áreas comunes y la Alberca se encuentran cerradas, nadie tiene acceso a ellas y siguen cerradas hasta el día de hoy Septiembre 2020. Las Visitas sólo tienen acceso a los departamentos de los DUEÑOS. Si llegas a rentar por Airbnb, y el Dueño No te advierte las Reglas de las áreas Comunes, lamentablemente Seguridad te saca y te multan 1 mes de Mantenimiento, casi $4mil. NO se permiten Mascotas. It is a PRIVATE Residential. Access is ONLY for OWNERS, it is PRIVATE Property. Since the Quarantine began, the common areas and the Pool have been closed, no one has access to them and they remain closed until today, September 2020. Visitors only have access to the OWNERS 'departments. If you get to rent through Airbnb, and the Owner does not warn you of the Rules of the Common areas, unfortunately Security takes you out and they fine you 1 month of Maintenance, almost $ 4,000. No pets allowed.
