★ ★ ★ ★ ★ uno meses fue aver casas ahi pero no me gusto por que habia gente tomando bebidas embriagantes en plena calle del fraccionamiento y con musica ( nacos). aparte la calle de atras creo esta un panteon esta horrible. MUY INSEGURO

si lees bien no generalize a toda la colonia. de atemajac del valle, cada quien compra con su dinero lo que quiere, y puede si tu vives ahi que bueno, y si te gusta vivir asi tambien respetable. SUERTE !!
