★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si mal no recuerdo, encontré en Facebook esta opción de departamentos en Pedro Escobedo, Qro., me invitaron a conocer el proyecto y me pareció muy bonito, se trata de "duplex" donde la planta baja cuenta con su patio de servicio y la planta alta cuenta con su roof garden, equipados con closets, cancel de baño y cocina integral, un cajón de estacionamiento para cada departamento, alberca y zona de esparcimiento y deporte, se ubica sobre un "libramiento" que rodea a la pequeña ciudad de P.E., y me parece un lugar ideal para el descanso de fin de semana ya sea para los propietarios o como inversión, ubicado muy cerca de polos importantes de desarrollo industrial y comercial como San Juan del Río y Querétaro, podrías ejercer algún crédito hipotecario y los precios aún no superan el millón de pesos, me parece que el momento es el ideal, visiten y juzguen que quizás puedan llevarse una grata sorpresa y digan "justo lo que estaba necesitando"...
