A very quiet and safe subdivision, the only problem is that there are no finished parks and sports areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El fraccionamiento no tiene la mejor seguridad y hay muchas partes sin vigilar o incluso sin enrejar el lugar completamente. Es muy fácil meterse para cualquier ladronzuelo.
P. D. Solo hay un vigilante y los rondines son inexistentes.
The subdivision does not have the best security and there are many parts without surveillance or even without completely barring the place. It is very easy to get into for any petty thief.
P.S. There is only one guard and the patrols are non-existent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar muy tranquilo pero le falta alumbrado público entonces hay partes muy obscuras y para comprar tú despensa no hay una tienda importante cerca todo hay que hacerlo en carro.
It is a very quiet place but it lacks public lighting so there are very dark parts and to buy your groceries there is not a major store nearby, everything has to be done by car.
