★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento muy tranquilo y muy seguro, llevo más de dos años viviendo ahí y nunca ha habido robos. Los vecinos son muy cordiales y respetuosos, en mi cerrada hay organizacion para mejorarla. Contamos con un portón eléctrico y además con caseta de vigilancia las 24 horas. Hay áreas comunes y la constructora les da servicio. La mayoría de los vecinos son familias jóvenes profesionistas. En resumen buen lugar para vivir.
It is a very quiet and very safe subdivision, I have lived there for more than two years and there have never been robberies. The neighbors are very cordial and respectful, in my closed there is organization to improve it. We have an electric gate and also a 24-hour security booth. There are common areas and the construction company serves them. Most of the neighbors are young professional families. In short, good place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La vigilancia es mala, aún no está bien cerrado el fraccionamiento. Y las casas no son las mejores digamos. Además te queda lejos todo.
Surveillance is poor, the subdivision is not yet well closed. And the houses are not the best let's say. Besides, everything is far away.
