★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonito lugar con buen costo-beneficio. La administradora muy comprensible y respetuosa. La seguridad ha mejorado aunque le falta un poco. El internet es compartido con otros departamentos por lo que suele fallar. Pero por la buena ubicación creo que es un buen lugar.

El lugar es viejo y falla con regularidad el agua caliente. Los señores no te resuelven ningun problema o tardan muchisimo (la sra Belinda ni te contesta y es una grosera). El Internet es malisimo, nunca esperes ver netflix.
La seguridad es mala, un amigo me llego a visitar como dos veces y pasaba al estacionamiento con su coche sin que le pidieran asunto de visita o identificación.
Y como ultimo dato, asesinaron a un estudiante dentro de su departamento (este chico vivía en el tercer piso, en un departamente enfrente al mío), fue bastante incómodo vivir durante ese tiempo en esos departamentos. Después de ese semestre me salí de ese lugar horrible.
Nuevamente insisto tienen mala seguridad en los departamentos, mala atención y malos servicios. Tu estancia no será grata, por el precio puedes conseguir algo mejor.

The place is old and the hot water fails regularly. The gentlemen do not solve any problem or take a long time (Mrs. Belinda does not answer you and is rude). The Internet is terrible, never expect to see Netflix.
Security is bad, a friend came to visit me about twice and went to the parking lot with his car without being asked for a visit or identification.
And as a last piece of information, a student was murdered inside his apartment (this boy lived on the third floor, in an apartment opposite mine), it was quite uncomfortable to live during that time in those apartments. After that semester I got out of that horrible place.
Again I insist they have bad security in the departments, bad attention and bad services. Your stay will not be pleasant, for the price you can get something better.
