★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas aún no están construidas, es pre-venta, muy bonitas las casas de muestra, pero primero te enamoran de un precio qué no es, a parte son las escrituras, te cobran a parte $15, mil por ser privada, $40 mil por esquina o en casos por acabados de afuera, te envarcas mucho, hay mejores opciones para un precio razonable y justo.
The houses are not yet built, it is pre-sale, the sample houses are very nice, but first you fall in love with a price that is not, apart from the deeds, they charge you $15, a thousand for being private, $40 thousand for corner or in cases of exterior finishes, you get very involved, there are better options for a reasonable and fair price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ están desde junio y a la fecha no hay nada construido, sólo las casas muestras. No se si vaya a ser un fraude. Al lado de las casas pasa el canal de aguas negras, no tienen planeación para el abastecimiento y agua y drenaje. Actualizado a Marzo 2022. Hasta la párte de atrás de las casas muestras están construyendo las casas, no vi ninguna terminada, están muy cerca del canal de aguas negras.
They have been there since June and to date nothing has been built, only the sample houses. I don't know if it will be a fraud. The sewage channel passes next to the houses, they have no planning for supply and water and drainage. Updated March 2022. Even at the back of the sample houses they are building the houses, I did not see any finished, they are very close to the sewage canal.

Los Precios están dentro del rango normal y los modelos están mucho mejor que en otras constructoras.
La única desventaja es que aún este en construcción pero eso te da tiempo de planificar tu cambio de domicilio y salir de deudas antes de empezar a pagar la casa, asi que es una muy buena opción!
The houses are very beautiful, and the attention of the advisors is excellent!
Prices are within the normal range and the models are much better than other construction companies.
The only disadvantage is that it is still under construction but that gives you time to plan your change of address and get out of debt before starting to pay off the house, so it is a very good option!
