★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo solo fui a hacer un trabajo a una casa en esta colonia fui varios dias...y la verdad las casas estan muy bonitas y amplias...los guardias no son groseros ni prepotentes como en otras colonias...los vecinos si te piden ke respetes su cochera...desconosco el precio de una casa asi...pero debe estar a bien precio porke si estan bonitas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una colonia relativamente nueva, muy tranquila y con buena ubicación, ya que fuera de ella a encuentra un oxxo, depósito, carnicería, bodega aurrera, entre otras tiendas de relevancia. Recomiendo mucho si alguien está buscando donde vivir, ya que su seguridad es increíble. Además, tienen un parque muy extenso con área para deportes, así como para lo social ya que existe una palapa que puedes reservar para tus eventos.
It is a relatively new colony, very quiet and with a good location, since outside it finds an oxxo, warehouse, butcher shop, aurrera cellar, among other relevant stores. I highly recommend if someone is looking for a place to live, since their safety is incredible. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente!! Tiene fachadas contemporáneas, colores cálidos, fraccionamiento totalmente bardeado, cerca de centros comerciales, escuelas, bancos y vías de accesos importantes. Las casas son de 2 y 3 niveles con lavandería interior y estacionamiento para dos autos.
