Lo único que no me agrada es que quieran cobrar 1 año de mantenimiento por adelantado y la forma de pagar la luz, piden cooperar entre todos pero no hay contratos. Las habitaciones no tienen clóset y son muy pequeñas, se reducen más colocándolos. Me agrada que tengan un mismo estilo. El color que de luz paz y vida. La seguridad. El salón de eventos múltiples. Me gustaría ver más árboles, casi ningún fraccionamiento considera eso. La mayoría están pelones, ni una sombra. Mi compra sería de contado. Pero me decidí por otra opción con árboles y por lo menos 4 meses sin pagar mantenimiento con mi propio contrato de luz. Pago lo que yo consumo.
