★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonito lugar para vivir, en cuestión de tranquilidad y cercanía, pero pésimo su mantenimiento yo rentaba ahí, pero me salí porque nunca tienen agua! Como es posible que cobren una cantidad razonable de mantenimiento y nunca tengan agua, siempre inventaban cualquier pretexto, que se descompuso la cisterna, que se fue la luz por eso no hay agua, etc fácil era por lo menos 1 vez cada mes o cada dos meses si bien te va, y durabas hasta 1 o hasta 3 semanas sin agua, tengo unos meses de ya no rentar ahí, pero mis antiguos vecinos me comentan que el problema sigue
Nice place to live, in a matter of tranquility and proximity, but its maintenance is terrible, I rented there, but I left because they never have water! As it is possible that they charge a reasonable amount of maintenance and never have water, they always invented any excuse, that the cistern was broken, that the power went out, that's why there is no water, etc. It was easy at least 1 time every month or every two months if it works for you, and you lasted up to 1 or 3 weeks without water, I have a few months of no longer renting there, but my old neighbors tell me that the problem continues
