★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No puedo afirmar que me encantó, es un desarrollo habitacional para personas de altos ingresos pero aún le falta mucho para que pueda calificarlo ,el concepto de esos desarrollos residenciales es la privacidad ,seguridad servicios,como casa club etc,etc.
I cannot say that I loved it, it is a housing development for high-income people but there is still a long way to go before I can rate it, the concept of these residential developments is privacy, security, services, such as a clubhouse, etc., etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El fraccionamiento es muy bonito, muy privado, perfecto para quienes nos gusta estar aislados, lejos del bullicio. Se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada por que no está lejos de la zona urbana del norte de Mérida (15 minutos de escuelas, centros comerciales, restaurantes, etc), y a la vez a 15 minutos de la playa más cercana. El acceso principal es especial, da la impresión que es el acceso de un resort. El área central del desarrollo tiene una palapa espectacular para eventos pequeños al aire libre con la familia y amigos, también tiene canchas de Voleibol, Basketball, Tenis, etc. Uno de los principales atractivos es la casa club, muy grande, hermoso diseño y muy completa, tiene gimnasio, salón de eventos, bar, área de coworking, alberca, etc. Los terrenos son amplios, comienzan desde los 600m2. A mi parecer es el fraccionamiento con mejor relación entre costo-beneficio en Mérida sin duda alguna.
The subdivision is very nice, very private, perfect for those of us who like to be isolated, away from the hustle and bustle. It is located in a privileged location because it is not far from the urban area of northern Mérida (15 minutes from schools, shopping centers, restaurants, etc.), and at the same time 15 minutes from the nearest beach. The main access is special, it gives the impression that it is the access of a resort. The central area of the development has a spectacular palapa for small outdoor events with family and friends, it also has Volleyball, Basketball, Tennis courts, etc. One of the main attractions is the clubhouse, very large, beautiful design and very complete, it has a gym, event room, bar, coworking area, pool, etc. The grounds are spacious, starting at 600m2. In my opinion, it is the subdivision with the best cost-benefit ratio in Mérida without a doubt.
