Se intentó rentar el departamento 204 en A2. El dueño del departamento es José Luis Pérez Del Moral y nos atendió Evelyn Ramón como su representante y representante de Esphabit. Estos dos individuos se quedaron con mi depósito de 6800 pesos después de negarse a darme las llaves del departamento luego de programar una transferencia electrónica de banco a banco de 40800 pesos. Esto fue para liquidar la renta de 6 meses del contrato por requisito de ellos mismos.
Después de mandarle la confirmación al dueño por correo electrónico, el se mostró muy prepotente y arrogante y se negó a darme las llaves. En este departamento, yo ya había instalado servicio de cable e internet con permiso del dueño y Evelyn. No entiendo la razón de porque se negaron a darme las llaves pero sospecho que también buscaban quedarse con los 40800 pesos de la transferencia. No había garantía de que me entregaran las llaves en ningún otro momento después de que se cumpliera la transferencia. Por suerte, la transferencia no se logró porque el dueño no me dió su domicilio real y mi banco negó la transferencia.
Yo me comunique con José Luis unos días después para reclamar el depósito y el accedió pero ya nunca respondió a los siguientes correos electrónicos que le mandé.
Cuidado al intentar rentar o comprar un departamento en este Fraccionamiento.
Fraud Alert:
An attempt was made to rent apartment 204 in A2. The owner of the apartment is José Luis Pérez Del Moral and Evelyn Ramón attended us as his representative and representative of Esphabit. These two individuals kept my deposit of 6,800 pesos after refusing to give me the keys to the apartment after scheduling an electronic bank-to-bank transfer of 40,800 pesos. After emailing the owner the confirmation, he was very pushy and arrogant and refused to give me the keys. In this apartment, I had already installed cable and internet service with the permission of the owner and Evelyn. I do not understand the reason why they refused to give me the keys but I suspect that they also wanted to keep the 40,800 pesos of the transfer. There was no guarantee that the keys would be delivered to me at any other time after the transfer was completed. Fortunately, the transfer was not successful because the owner did not give me his real address and my bank denied the transfer.
I contacted José Luis a few days later to claim the deposit and he agreed but never responded to the following emails that I sent him.
Be careful when trying to rent or buy an apartment in this subdivision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un desarrollo inmobiliario muy bonito, lamentablemente sucedió un accidente en la que una pareja recien llegada a el departamento le explotó a causa de las fugas en las tuberías de gas... el chico murió después de unos meses en el hospital y la chica con quemaduras graves en todo el cuerpo está tratando de recuperarse, esto por no tener una construcción adecuada ni tuvo una supervisión por parte de protección civil o las autoridades competentes, tiene vicos ocultos y los mismos vecinos decían que existían fugas de gas en los departamentos y la constructora no hacía caso de esto. Ahora después de este accidente la constructora compro a las autoridades y ahora resulta que el culpable fue el muerto.
