★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, muy tranquilo, canchas parques etc. Solo falta más vegetación y que pongan atención al drenaje, ya que en temporadas de lluvia se encharcan la calles y sube mucho el nivel del agua, incluso en las av principales.
Excellent place, very quiet, courts parks etc. The only thing missing is more vegetation and that they pay attention to drainage, since in rainy seasons the streets flood and the water level rises a lot, even in the main avenues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los fraccionamientos estan bien, lo malo es que muchas casas las rentan, por lo que es un volado tener un buen vecino, no hay buena señal celular y el único proveedor de telefonía e internet por desgracia es Telmex en algunas privadas.
En otras privadas se quejan por falta de agua y llega muy sucia.
The subdivisions are good, the bad thing is that many houses rent them, so it is a hurry to have a good neighbor, there is no good cellular signal and the only telephone and internet provider unfortunately is Telmex in some private ones.
In other private companies they complain about lack of water and it arrives very dirty.

En general las privadas están en buenas condiciones, pero en lo personal no me agrada que se tenga tanta opción y facilidad para ampliar y modificar las casas.
Los jardines de los prototipos en general no son tan amplios, y algunas sólo cuentan con un baño completo, para tres recámaras.
The prototypes are nice and the prices are not that high.
In general, the private ones are in good condition, but personally I don't like that there are so many options and facilities to expand and modify the houses.
The gardens of the prototypes in general are not so wide, and some only have a full bathroom, for three bedrooms.
