★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve la oportunidad de visitar el residencial Loto, me gusto mucho el fraccionamiento, tienen varias opciones de distribución y tamaño de casas, me agrado el trato de la chica de ventas ya que aunque dije que solo iba a “ver” se tomaron el tiempo de mostrarme y platicarme el concepto, opciones, beneficios de cada uno de sus modelos.
Lo que resalto fue la propuesta de diseño que se nota que pusieron a gente con talento a preparar opciones, tiene detalles muy padres en interiores y para rematar los jardines en la azotea se me hizo de lo mas bonito y que solo encuentras en opciones de casas mucho mas caras por lo que obtienes mayor valor por tu dinero.
I had the opportunity to visit the residential Loto, I really liked the subdivision, they have several options for distribution and size of houses, I liked the treatment of the sales girl since although I said I was only going to “see” they took the time to Show me and talk to me about the concept, options, benefits of each of its models.
What stood out was the design proposal that shows that they put talented people to prepare options, it has very parents details in interiors and to finish off the rooftop gardens it made me the most beautiful and that you only find in house options much more expensive so you get more value for your money.
