Las residencias muy bien diseñadas en un ambiente muy tranquilo y familiar.
La seguridad es muy buena ya que el flujo de entrada y salida de la residencia está controlado por un puesto de vigilancia.
Cuentan con su propia área verde con instrumentos de ejercicio físico y una canchita para basquetbol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es tranquilo, las casas tienen buena distribución para mi gusto, los servicios de agua y luz sin ningún problema hasta el momento, servicio de Internet telmex y gas mexicana. Por las noches es muy silencioso. Buen lugar para vivir, un poco de tráfico en las salidas pero avanza. Valle soleado a 8 min sin tráfico, (soriana, cinepolis, bancomer, coppel, autozone, kfc)
Carnicería a 3 min.
Gasolineria,gasera y Oxxo en la esquina.
The place is quiet, the houses have a good distribution for my liking, the water and electricity services without any problems so far, telmex Internet service and Mexican gas. At night it is very quiet. Good place to live, a little traffic off the exits but go ahead. Sunny valley 8 min without traffic, (soriana, cinepolis, bancomer, coppel, autozone, kfc)
Butcher shop at 3 min.
Gas station, gas station and Oxxo on the corner.
