★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently moved in here and the security needs improvement. Whenever we have a visitor, it’s a 10-15 minute ordeal for them to sign in. Whenever you get food delivered, which is vital during the pandemic, it’s a 10-15 minute ordeal for security to give us our meal. By the time you get the food up to your apartment it’s cold. The places are nice, but security is more like security theater. I’ve lived in other high rises where security is efficient.

the apartments are not high end finishes. this is not luxury, this is average, on top of a discount mall. soriana? toks?
this is 3-star living. think Fiesta Inn..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience at this location. This is by no means an upscale or luxury apartment. Many of the lobby employees are somewhat rude and/or unhelpful, and only 5 or 6 of the security staff are competent. The residents are also very dirty as shown by the photos below. They leave trash on the floors in the hallways. i dont recommend living in these conditions.
