★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casas horribles, mal hechas, te venden puras mentiras, acabados horribles, NO CUMPLE GARANTÍAS, utilizan material barato y las venden CARISIMAS. No valen la pena, dejan de contestar y no dan seguimiento a los vicios ocultos. Puertas de madera mal cortadas, muros que no sellaron. Grietas en los muros (no de pintura).
Humedades, Filtraciones.
Una gran mentira de lugar.
Horrible houses, badly made, they sell you pure lies, horrible finishes, DO NOT MEET WARRANTIES, they use cheap material and they sell them EXPENSIVE. They are not worth it, they stop answering and they do not follow up on hidden vices. Badly cut wooden doors, walls that did not seal. Cracks in the walls (not paint).
Moisture, Leaks.
A great lie of place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mega fraude de casas. Las casas parecen coladeras porque toda la lluvia le entra sin problema. La cerca eléctrica de seguridad no funciona y cualquier ladrón puede ingresar. La piscina cuenta con fugas de agua por la mala calidad.
Mega house fraud. The houses seem to drain because all the rain enters without problem. The electric security fence does not work and any thief can enter. The pool has water leaks due to the poor quality.

It is a well-located development just 2 blocks from the federal highway, 500m from Chedarui, with beautiful 3-bedroom houses, a swimming pool and a paddle tennis court as common areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un sitio tranquilo, acogedor, bonito y seguro. Además si te gusta el Pádel y tienes palas puedes echar unas partidas si lo reservás. Piscina grande poco profunda y barbacoa para 30 personas. Todo muy limpio! A pocos metros tienes Chedraui i colmados. También por poco pesos tienes servicio de motocarro.
A quiet, cozy, beautiful and safe place. Also if you like paddle tennis and you have rackets you can play a few games if you book it. Large shallow pool and barbecue for 30 people. Everything very clean! A few meters away you have Chedraui and colmados. Also for a few pesos you have motocarro service.
