He tenido muy malas experiencias en otros cotos o fraccionamientos
Ir ahí me dejó un buen sabor de boca

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este Residencial, está bien ubicado dentro de la zona metropolitana de Guadalajara, cercas de ahí, templos, mercados, Centros comerciales y no se diga el Parque enfrente del Residencial.
Tiene importantes vías de acceso, más de 4 rutas de camiones.
......Si lo recomiendo.....
This Residencial is well located within the metropolitan area of Guadalajara, near there, temples, markets, shopping centers and not to mention the Park in front of the Residencial.
It has important access roads, more than 4 truck routes.
......Yes I recommend it.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente ubicación, con el Parque Gonzalez Gallo enfrente pinta para ser un buen lugar para vivir, pero por las noches es ruidoso (está rodeado de avenidas y fábricas), los muros falsos entre departamentos hacen que oigas todo lo que hace el vecino, son departamentos microscópicos que no tienen infraestructura para instalar A/C y qué van presentando desperfectos en su estructura y mobiliario a pesar de apenas tener 4 años. No hay buena presión de agua. Cada torre presume tener 2 elevadores (lo básico para una torre de 100 departamentos) pero solo funciona 1. Y el humo y el mal olor que a diario despiden los pollos que recién construyeron su local en la entrada a las torres es insoportable. No cabe duda que Primer Cuadro hizo biens publicidad y mercadotecnia de unos depas que distan mucho de ser lo que prometieron ser.
Excellent location, with the Gonzalez Gallo Park opposite it paints to be a good place to live, but at night it is noisy (it is surrounded by avenues and factories), the false walls between apartments make you hear everything that the neighbor does, they are apartments microscopic that have no infrastructure to install A / C and what are presenting flaws in its structure and furniture despite just having 4 years. There is no good water pressure. Each tower presumes to have 2 elevators (the basics for a tower of 100 apartments) but only works 1. And the smoke and the bad smell that the chickens that recently built their premises at the entrance to the towers give off is unbearable. There is no doubt that Primer Cuadro did well advertising and marketing of some depas that are far from being what they promised to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOOO TIRES TÚ DINERO. Las bardas se cuartean, no te hacen válida la garantía si ya estás viviendo aquí lo que no tiene sentido ? los vecinos son ruidosos y aunque te quejes no hacen nada, no entra la iluminación natural de día, las bardas están chuecas y eso hace que se almacene el agua y la humedad. PESIMO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Different apartments, they were all great. Preferred one with an office area and great kitchen. Many convenient places very close. Restaurants, pharmacy, park. We need more space for storage.
