★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si eres amante de los condominios o tú eres soltero es perfecto para ti, los departamentos son muy pequeños, el precio se me hacen un poco elevado pero se justifica por su ubicación muy cerca a comparación de otros condominios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, buena vista, juegos, canchas deportivas, centros comerciales cerca, buena ubicación y es falso lo de las lluvias porque fue de los únicos lugares que no sufrió daño alguno. Además de que hay mucho tansporte.
Excellent place, good view, games, sports fields, shopping centers nearby, good location and the rains are false because it was one of the only places that did not suffer any damage. Besides that there is a lot of transport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casas muy costosas, muy alejadas, con problemas de suelo debido a los deslavamientos de la zona, y de muy mal material, y la seguridad es muy mala ya que está cerca una de la colonia con mayor delincuencia, eso agregado que los transportes no son muy buenos, lo unico que se podría decir de bueno es que tiene una zona comercial buena, pero esta solo resulta comoda si tienes un automóvil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal. Las instalaciones estan muy bonitas pero no hay agua corriente, la constructora manda a traer las pipas de agua diariamente, y los desagues se tapan super facil. Tienen reglas un tanto ridiculas y los vecinos sienten que viven en la zona rosa y ni al caso. No compren aquí! Estan construyendo nuevos edificios y en un año minimo los edificios que estan ya no van a tener vista a la catedral
Very bad. The facilities are very nice but there is no running water, the builder sends to bring the water pipes daily, and the drains are super easy to cover. They have somewhat ridiculous rules and the neighbors feel they live in the pink zone and not even the case. Do not buy here! They are building new buildings and in a minimum year the buildings that are no longer going to have a view of the cathedral

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene excelente ubicación. Aunque es privado desde mi punto de vista esta mal distribuido. Es como vivir en departamentos. Todos los vecinos se enteran de tu vida por q los tienes a 4 metros enfrente.
Por otro lado el diseño de las casas es lindo.
Ojo está a un lado de una grasera, cosa queme parece riesgoso ( hay un terreno baldío que lo divide )
It has an excellent location. Although it is private from my point of view it is poorly distributed. It's like living in apartments. All the neighbors find out about your life because you have them 4 meters in front of you.
On the other hand the design of the houses is cute.
Beware, it is next to a grease fitting, which seems risky to me (there is a vacant lot that divides it)
