★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edificio hermoso para vivir, estacionamiento elevado, elevador y escaleras, excelente vista, céntrico y con vecinos excelentes. No es un lugar súper barato pero vale la pena cada centavo al vivir en una colonia tan colorida y pujante, el acceso a esta calle es un poco complicado porque entronca con insurgentes y la vialidad suele estar un poco congestionada pero nada del otro mundo, lo normal para CDMX. Muy cerca hay mercados, museos, teatros y muchísimos lugares para comer, tomar café, etc. Se renta muy rápido.
Beautiful building to live, elevated parking, elevator and stairs, excellent view, central and with excellent neighbors. It is not a super cheap place but it is worth every penny to live in a colony so colorful and vibrant, access to this street is a bit complicated because it connects with insurgents and the road is usually a bit congested but nothing in the other world, normal for CDMX. Nearby are markets, museums, theaters and many places to eat, drink coffee, etc. It rents very fast.
