My friends who live there, complain about many things from the construction company, definitely terrible service and the houses are always under repair even though they are "new", in less than a year, they have been repaired # * three times * # can hardly believe.

I like the concept that there are not many houses within the subdivision and its entrance and exit are on the main road on both streets that are on the corner.
