★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraccionamiento muy agradable para vivir, muy familiar, muchos niños, ambiente verdaderamente sano, rentas aprox 550 usd mensuales, casas de 2 niveles con 3 habitaciones, un estudio en planta baja con baño , sala comedor, estacionamiento para 2 autos, cocina, patio trasero, 3 1/2 baños, parque con tirolesa y cancha de futbol con amplios jardines, caseta de seguridad, afuera del fracc. OXXO, C K, Restaurantes, algo de tráfico por las mañanas. Las casas fueron construidas aprox. en el año 2006, algunas presentan problemas de fugas de agua, en algunas otras se vota y se estrella el piso rompiendose los mosaicos en el segundo piso. La luz ronda usando el aire acondicionado entre 500 a 750 usd bimestrales. Muy cerca escuelas, recomiendo el Colegio Alamos, el Colegio Federico Frebel es el más barato y al mas malo, no tiene aire acondicionado en las aulas, lo cual baja el desempeño en los estudiantes, si eres nuevo residente en la ciudad toma nota de esos detalles de las escuelas.
Very nice neighborhood to live in, very family-friendly, lots of children, truly healthy environment, rents approx 550 usd monthly, 2-level houses with 3 bedrooms, a ground floor studio with bathroom, dining room, parking for 2 cars, kitchen, backyard , 3 1/2 bathrooms, park with zip line and soccer field with large gardens, security booth, outside the fracc. OXXO, C K, Restaurants, some traffic in the morning. The houses were built approx. in 2006, some have problems with water leaks, in some others the floor is voted and crashed, breaking the mosaics on the second floor. The light is around 500 to 750 usd bimonthly using the air conditioning. Very close schools, I recommend the Alamos School, the Federico Frebel School is the cheapest and the worst, it does not have air conditioning in the classrooms, which lowers the performance in the students, if you are a new resident in the city take note of those details of the schools.
