Las casas que ahí se encuentran son de construcción tradicional, no son de la misma constructora, por lo que los diseños y las amenidades son diversos e independientes.
Por lo general las casas son de 3 habitaciones aunque hay quienes pusieron hasta 5 con una buena orientación y valor de terreno.
Las áreas verdes son reducidas y tiene como ventaja que hay un Mi Aurrerá muy cerca.
