★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están bonitas las casas pero estaban mejor en los viñedos residencial original. Los pisos de ven resbalosos en las nuevas casas. Podrían vender más si de un inicio dan el precio final en ve de estar en rebaja sobre rebaja como si fuera mercado, entiendo que lo hacen por generar una mejor comisión pero ganarían más clientes si dan el precio final justo y van agregando todos los extras con costo (y comisión) adicional como piso, cocina, acabados, ampliación, tanque estacionario, protecciones, etc.
The houses are nice but they were better in the original residential vineyards. The floors look slippery in the new houses. They could sell more if at the beginning they give the final price instead of being on sale on sale as if it were a market, I understand that they do it to generate a better commission but they would win more customers if they give the right final price and add all the extras with additional cost (and commission) such as floor, kitchen, finishes, expansion, stationary tank, protections, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible... Yo no sé quién permitió la cantidad tan grande de construcción de casas la canción y continúan con varias etapas todavía... No es posible que den tantos permisos tan grandes de dónde van a mantener tanto drenaje y de dónde van a sacar tanta agua... Póngase a pensar eso.. en pocos años eso será un caos...
Horrible... I don't know who allowed such a large number of houses to be built in the song and they continue with several stages yet... It is not possible that they give so many large permits, where are they going to maintain so much drainage and where are they going to get so much water... Think about it... in a few years it will be chaos...
