★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para vivir, cerca de todo, farmacias, Oxxo, gasolineras, Starbucks al frente, Elektra, WALLMART justo al lado del fraccionamiento, áreas verdes, pista de jogging, palapas, dos albercas, especial para vida residencial en familia, las casas son muy amplias, de dos plantas 3 y 4 habitaciones espectacular para sentirse relajado y en Comunidad.
 Excellent place to live, close to everything, pharmacies, Oxxo, gas stations, Starbucks across the street, Elektra, WALLMART right next to the subdivision, green areas, jogging track, palapas, two pools, especially for residential family life, the houses are very spacious, with two floors 3 and 4 spectacular rooms to feel relaxed and in community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic location close to shopping and restaurants. The houses have various floor plans available but look pretty much alike from the outside (pretty typical for housing developments here). There is fiber optic internet available here. The neighborhood is tranquil and laid back. Right now there are several houses available. From the street, the development doesn't look like much and is kind of easy to miss, but it is at the huge traffic circle at Calle 135 and Avenida La Rioja. The entrance to the development is at the SE corner of the traffic circle, just west of Walmart. Very nice.
