★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de comprar un terreno o una casa tienes que tomar en cuenta que el lugar es muy pequeño con respecto al acceso de autos, tendrías que ser soltero y tener un solo auto o tendrías que adquirir un terreno grande para tener tu propio estacionamiento ya que con respecto al reglamento del lugar no puedes "obstruir el acceso de autos" aunque estés en tu propio frente, a futuro sí tienes una familia numerosa o amigos que te visitan el estacionamiento se vuelve un caos y los vecinos son muy especiales, les recomiendo pensar muy bien y a futuro antes de comprar en ese lugar.
