Es agradable su estacionamiento techado. Al parecer el edificio alfa y beta están ya ocupados pero los otros 2 edificios todavía tienen departamentos a la venta.
The guard at the entrance is not very friendly and is not informed about what he cares for and with whom he can refer. They have excellent view the departments. Its covered parking is nice. Apparently the alpha and beta building are already occupied but the other 2 buildings still have apartments for sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen sus detalles, hay que revisar perfectamente los departamentos porque hay filtración, aún no hay servicios públicos (basura municipal)
La contratación del agua es un tema ya que no respetan pseudo convenio de constructora ARA y hacen cuentas largas y las avenidas están horribles para ser catalogado "residencial"
La Av hda derramadero en la curva para llegar es impasable porque están hoyos enormes y solo deja un lado de la avenida para ingresar
Me decepcionó
They have their details, you have to check the departments perfectly because there are leaks, there are still no public services (municipal garbage)
The contracting of water is an issue since they do not respect the pseudo agreement of the ARA construction company and do long accounts and the avenues are horrible to be classified as "residential"
The Av hda spillway in the curve to get there is impassable because there are huge holes and it only leaves one side of the avenue to enter
