Mejor buscaremos alternativas. The designs are fine, the construction works are a little behind schedule vs the delivery dates, what made us doubt are the complaints of non-compliance from those who already inhabit. Better we will look for alternatives.

P	PISHO TANER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ casas no muy grandes, falta un poco de espacio, iluminación faltante, amenidades no construidas, el lugar presenta un buen crecimiento, tienen régimen condominal lo que evita se pueda modificar fachada, que desde mi punto de vista es pésima idea pues es tu casa, tranquilo para evitar sin embargo mucho ruido en los alrededores, este desarrollo tiene casi dos años y aun no se puede terminar, por el precio considero que seria una opción mas viable otros fraccionamientos de su alrededor. Not very big houses, a bit of space is lacking, lighting is lacking, amenities not built, the place shows good growth, they have a condominium regime which avoids being able to modify the facade, which from my point of view is a bad idea because it is your house, quiet to avoid, however, a lot of noise in the surroundings, this development is almost two years old and still cannot be finished, for the price I consider that other subdivisions around it would be a more viable option.

Politica muy poco amigable con los perros es situacion de calle, no viviría ahí bajo esas reglas A place that is difficult to access in an emergency. S	Sandra Guadalupe Gamez Barbosa De Hernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para vivir, es tranquilo, el problema son un grupo de vecinos que nada les parece y se cren de la realeza (pero ignorandolos se soluciona). La privada (porque realmete no es un residencial, por el costo económico y calidad de las casas) esta en construcción de la segunda etapa por ende no hay alberca aun (asi quedamos los vecinos que no se contruyera hasta que se terminara la segunda etapa) y el area verde pues no existe y solo se tiene un mini juego de plastico medio fragil para los niños pequeños y una cancha de fut y basquet de tamaño infantil pero aon utiles. It's a good place to live, it's quiet, the problem is a group of neighbors who don't think anything of it and think they're royalty (but ignoring them solves it). The private one (because it is not really a residential, due to the economic cost and quality of the houses) is under construction of the second stage, therefore there is no pool yet (so the neighbors are left who will not be built until the second stage is finished) and the green area doesn't exist and there is only a half-fragile plastic mini game for small children and a child-sized but still useful soccer and basketball court.
