Y muchas de las personas que tienen perros no levantas las eses de sus animales. Y no los sacan con correa. Fuera de eso se vive tranquilo dentro de la unidad.
The stairs and common areas lack maintenance.
And many of the people who have dogs do not pick up their animals. And do not take them on a leash. Outside of that, one lives quietly within the unit.
