★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que conocimos el fraccionamiento decidimos ahí vivir; excelente vista al cerro, excelente administración, muy tranquilo, vigilancia y seguridad bien administrada y la gente de San Juan es muy amable y educada. A falta de un Oxxo, o algo así; hay tres o cuatro tiendas muy bien surtidas. Actualmente ya hay un Oxxo por la zona. El área verde fabulosa para convivencia familiar (ciclopista, cancha de basket y cuatro palapas con asador. El único problema es cuando llueve en exceso pues la calle se inunda, pero se puede pasar por un tope muy ancho.
