★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima seguridad, pésima administración, pésimo mantenimiento y RUBA malos constructores ya que las casas tienen varios vicios ocultos y eso que son nuevas, materiales baratos, mala plantación, no se puede acceder al techo, muy codos para construir.
Lousy security, lousy administration, lousy maintenance and RUBA bad builders since the houses have several hidden defects and that they are new, cheap materials, poor planting, you can't access the roof, very difficult to build.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un Residencial con excelente ubicación, esta aun costado del Walmart de Polígono Sur, tiene cerca Gasolineras, Panaderías, Tiendas de autoservicio, bancos, escuelas etc... ¡Me encantó este lugar! Además tiene casas muy amplias y bonitas, las privadas tienen alberca y área de juegos para los niños.
Un lugar muy seguro y como para vivir.
It is a Residential with an excellent location, it is still next to the Walmart of Polígono Sur, it is close to Gas stations, Bakeries, Self-service stores, banks, schools, etc... I loved this place! It also has very spacious and beautiful houses, the private ones have a pool and a playground for children.
A very safe and like place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar esta muy bien en cuestión de diseño, la vigilancia deja mucho que desear son gente grosera, la piscina es por turnos y a veces la afluencia es demasiada por lo que no caben todos, pero quiero pensar que es por la temporada vacacional, rentamos en forte por lo mismo
