Nice private, with spacious streets on one side of the Americas, a nice breeze blows in the mornings, but looks a bit neglected. It is about 3 or 4 kilometers from the periphery and Plaza Galerías.

My father lives there, every time I go it is very nice, the houses are stable and the neighbors are very tasteful (my father sometimes throws parties)
