P	Pablo de la Cruz Gongora Gomez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La privada esta muy bien pensada, el acceso me agrada que es muy bien controlado, aunque por los fallos eléctricos suelen hecharse a perder las plumas, la ocupación aun es muy baja, aunque los terrenos ya tienen proyectos en operación y eso implica una buena futura ocupación, la plusvalia del territorio es buena y la casa club buen diseñada y con muchos y buenos equipos, lo malo fue colocar los juegos y equipos de los parques inclusive antes de comenzar a dejar ocupar la privada, ya que se han deteriorado muy rapido por el desuso y las condiciones climaticas; algunas personas que ya ocupan la privada son groseras y prepotentes, de hecho han sugerido envenenar/matar a los perros y gatos que llegan a ingresar a la privada; las reglas viales aun no son bien manejadas, pero me gusta que estan en ese proceso, lo recomiendo enormemente para vivir tanto por retiro como para comenzar un proyecto de vida.
