Residencias Reef Condos - Zona Hotelera Nte.

I’m staying at residence reef from the dec 6th till the 17th in 3 different condos. The 1st one was great and I check in to the 2nd today! Hope it is as good as the one I’m in now! Great sunset from your living room! Love Cozumel!

Beautiful grounds and exquisitely maintained! Very friendly and accommodating staff and the condos are far enough away from town that you don't feel like you're in the middle of a tourist attraction but close enough to easily go grocery or souviner shopping.

The best condos to stay in all of Cozumel. 24-hour security on site. Two pools and excellent beach.

Enjoying the condo that we joined in with other family members rented to stay at for a week. Beautiful ocean front property that faces west. Two very clean pools, and a very clean beach. Will be coming back sometime in the future without a doubt!

AMAIZING LOCATION. Great beach, beautiful grounds, nice condo. There's a pier in front of the Secrets that you can use for snorkelling of boat pickups (snorkelling or diving tours). It's about a 20 min drive to downtown so it's best to rent a car.

Beautiful complex and immaculate grounds with friendly staff ...away from town and all cruise ships, gated and very safe. Unit 6300 in bad need of updating and maintenance/repairs !! We several issues: -generally poor lighting especially in baths, several burned out bulbs and neglected lighting on rooftop terrace that blinked like a disco tech -a jacuzzi that was not operable and out of its enclosure, -leaking a/c unit which was never repaired -patio doors that did not lock properly had to be repaired, -dishwasher which just ran forever and only wasted water and didnt work - some exposed wiring -old outdated and torn furniture and rugs, -wooden window shutters and screens that were very neglected and inoperable. - oh....the occasional cockroach in our bathroom, This is unacceptable at $ 2600 per week ! NOT WORTH IT! I did not spend this much money to spend my time contacting maintenance about things that needed repair instead of enjoying my time there. Guest manager Alex was friendly and did what he could to arrange repairs but ineffective... he did not offer very much knowledge about the area also; ownership are like ghosts and not available for direct contact, they offered 1 free day for a future stay which I did not intend to stay at again, anything less than 20% refund would be criminal ; they have not responded directly and can be reached only thru rental manager. I DO NOT recommend this unit...BEWARE !!!! I have traveled all over the world and have stayed in my share of good and bad places and this i would not stay in again.
