About the HOA

The San Carlos Country Club Homeowners Association is an elected, fully volunteer group of homeowners working together to make the Country Club community a beautiful place to visit and live. We are your neighbors and friends, your golfing and fishing buddies, your softball teammates and your gym companions. We use your services, eat at your restaurants, and our children go to the same schools.

The goal of the HOA is to help maintain the beauty, serenity, safety and security of this community, with an aim to increase the value of all the properties in this area. We are also committed to continually improving the level of performance of the Board and our staff members.

The Board strives to follow the direction and respect the rights of the home and lot owners, while following the rules, regulations and governing documents of the HOA. The covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs) are the governing documents that dictate how the homeowners association operates and what rules the owners of real estate, be it a home or a lot in the San Carlos Country Club, must obey. In some cases, these legal documents might also be called By-laws. These documents and rules are legally enforceable by the HOA, and there may be consequences of breaking a rule, including fines, forced compliance, a lawsuit by the association, or the misery of being at odds with your neighbors.

We appreciate everything that you do to help us with our goal by following the By-laws and CC&Rs that apply to all buyers of real estate in our community. As with any association-governed home, you should read the rules thoroughly.
