★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, no nos entregaron el fraccionamiento con áreas verdes y se deslindan de responsabilidad, las tuberías están mal, prometieron entregarnos la casa con barra en cocina y al final no cumplieron nada, la asesora dio pésimo servicio, nunca dio seguimiento, ventanas y puertas de pésima calidad así los delincuentes la han tenido más fácil para hacer su minita de oro en el fraccionamiento ya que roban en las casas cada que se les da la gana, casas con humedades y grietas, nunca hay alumbrado público por qué cortan la luz ya que la constructora no la paga, ha y en temporada de lluvias las casas se inundan, entre muchísimos otros detalles.
Poor, they did not give us the subdivision with green areas and they disclaim responsibility, the pipes are bad, they promised to give us the house with a bar in the kitchen and in the end they did not fulfill anything, the adviser gave terrible service, never followed up, windows and doors bad quality so the criminals have had it easier to make their gold minota in the fractionation as they steal in the houses whenever they want, houses with dampness and cracks, there is never public lighting why they cut the light because the construction company does not pay for it, and in the rainy season the houses are flooded, among many other details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casas estan bien....sin embargo creo son muy caras para lo que ofrecen. Ademas qué como siempre hacen qué visites la casa muestra y la que te entregan es muy diferente...ni el jardín mantienen para la entrega de la casa
Houses are fine .... however I think they are very expensive for what they offer. Also, as they always do, what do you visit the sample house and the one they give you is very different ... not even the garden does they maintain for the delivery of the house

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas están increíblemente bien distribuidas, el diseño está pensado de una manera muy inteligente ya que son bastante amplias sus viviendas. Están muy pero muy bonitas, es un fraccionamiento abierto por lo cual no existe el régimen de condominio así puedes modificar tu casa de la forma en la que quieras. Sus calles son de concreto hudraulico y muy amplías, me consta que no se inundan; están muy cerca de la carretera 57 por lo cual tiene varios accesos y todos son muy rápidos para llegar. Solo tienen dos prototipos de vivienda, ambos son de dos pisos, la diferencia es que una es de dos recamaras pero tiene balcón y terraza, y el otro es de tres recamaras en este la habitación principal tiene su propio baño y su propio vestidor
