★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es tan residencial, hay negocio y no es privada algunas casas están muy chiquitas como de Infonavit... Es muy caro los costos para la cantidad de metros cuadrados... Y la parte baja de la colonia se inunda mucho. Esta padre di consiguiendo un buen precio de terreno o dos juntos

A un minuto de Paseo la Fe, Citadel, Rosa de los Vientos, Walmart,, Soriana, todos los bancos. A 10-15 minutos del aeropuerto y de la UANL.
MUY BIEN.
