★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opinión muy personal: casas bonitas, bien hechas, pero los terrenos están de pensarse, demasiado juntitas entre ellas. No siento que haya mucha privacidad por lo mismo (puede que me equivoque). Fuera de eso, están muy bien, un poco caras, pero en estos tiempos ya no hay "baratas")
Very personal opinion: nice houses, well made, but the land is to be thought, too close together. I do not feel that there is much privacy for the same (I may be wrong). Outside of that, they are very good, a little expensive, but these days there are no longer "cheap")

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen mal compactado el suelo, yo vivo detrás en Villa Bonita y se están hundiendo los terrenos y me está afectando a mi, en mi patio y bardas, con las lluvias se empezaron a hundir sus terrenos, tenia 11 años viviendo sin ningún problema y nomas empezaron a construir y a mover la tierra, empezó a hundirse, lo peor es que no se hacen responsables, cuidado con las casas esas todo por hacer las cosas rápidas, las hacen mal a las carreras. El Ing. Luis Andrés Zepeda, es la persona que nomas nos dio largas mientras arreglaban las casas que se les cuartearon los paredes y las bardas tuvieron que tumbarlas, meterles relleno x debajo de las casas, para que aguantes y venderlas lo más pronto posible, eso jamás se lo van a decir, anexaré fotos para k vean lo k se les hizo
