★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrenos amplios para construir casas a gusto, tiene buena vista de la ciudad, se encuentra a un costado del cerro mactumatza. El único detalle es que no llega agua potable, hay que pedir pipa.

Sus instalaciones, sus construcciones dignas de pertenecer a este bello lugar. Y algo que cabe destacar... al parecer aún tienen lugares disponibles... No cabe duda que Tuxtla es bello y con este tipo de lugares más aun... donde disfrutas del aire puro y la tranquilidad de la lejanía de la la ciudad. Punto a favor!!!?
