El encargado es muy poco amable y no se presta a explicar las características de los productos e incluso se muestra molesto si se le hacen preguntas, lo que a mi parecer desalienta la compra. La descripción de su página web menciona que dan asesoría y que aceptan pagos con tarjeta de débito. Ninguna de las dos afirmaciones es certera, pues tuve que desplazarme de la tienda al banco para pagar en efectivo; y aunque pregunté no hubo ninguna asesoría, solo respuestas de sí o no. No se logra conocer los productos y no hay disponibles folletos informativos, carteles o instructivos de orientación o direcciones web para conocer los procedimientos. Es simplemente un proveedor de unos cuantos artículos. Regresaría a comprar sólo si fuese estrictamente necesario. No se compara ni de lejos a la atención, inventario y servicio de una tienda de Poliformas Plásticas. The store has little assortment, although it is noted that there is circulation of inventory, which is good because it is fresh, however the store is very small and completely entangled and the attention is for a tiny window. The manager is very unfriendly and does not lend itself to explaining the characteristics of the products and is even annoyed if asked questions, which in my opinion discourages the purchase. The description of their website mentions that they give advice and that they accept payments by debit card. Neither statement is accurate, because I had to move from the store to the bank to pay in cash; and although I asked there was no advice, only answers yes or no. It is simply a provider of a few items. I would go back to buy only if it was strictly necessary. It does not compare anywhere near the attention, inventory and service of a plastic polyform store.

Por otro lado, te entregan las cosas bien empaquetadas y los precios no son tan altos. Abren los sábados lo cual es una ventaja. Usé el producto para hacer unos moldes de miniaturas y funcionó bien, junto con la resina para crearlas. They have a limited assortment, and you have to know what you are going to buy, because there they will not advise you much about the best products for what you need. On the other hand, they deliver things well packaged and prices are not so high. They open on Saturdays which is an advantage. I used the product to make some miniature molds and it worked well, along with the resin to create them.
A	Alejandro Hernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ me vendieron una resina que jamás seco, me dijeron que algo hice mal... que está mal en vender 2 componentes?? que ellos me vendieron con la instrucción de mezclarlos... lleva 3 semanas sin secar, y me dicen que es mi culpa... pésimo no hacerse responsables de sus productos, y por no hacer cambios me salieron con que ese producto no va allegar por qué no hay materia prima para hacerlo... muy mal voy a poner una queja en Profeco, ya que no gaste poco dinero en eso como para que no se hagan responsables por sus productos. They sold me a resin that never dried, they told me that I did something wrong ... is it wrong to sell 2 components? that they sold me with the instruction to mix them ... it has not dried for 3 weeks, and they tell me that it is my fault ... terrible not to be responsible for their products, and for not making changes they came out with that product is not going to bring why there is no raw material to do it ... very badly I am going to make a complaint in Profeco, since I did not spend little money on it so that they are not responsible for their products.

J	Javier De Antuñano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señora que atiende, no tiene ánimo de vender. si le pregunta por determinada Resina, ni siquiera es capaz de moverse de su asaiento y si le pide una orientación, dice ella no saber, que ella atiende pero no sugiere. Y esto ha sido en 2 ocasiones. ( obviamente no compré la resina que requería) Le dije, que si no le gustaba su trabajo que buscara otro. Lamentablemente, esa actitud, es muy común encontrarla con los empleados en muchos comercios y aún estando el dueño. Cuándo se acaba el trabajo, se les despide por ineptitud o mala capacitación (También hay que considerar, esto.). Se quejan que no hay chamba. ( Actitud y Aptitud, son elementales) OjO.. Ésto fue algo así como 4/5 meses atrás. The lady who attends, has no desire to sell. if he asks her about a certain Resina, she is not even able to move from her seat and if she asks for guidance, she says she does not know, which she attends but does not suggest. And this has been on 2 occasions. (obviously I didn't buy the resin it required) I told him that if he didn't like his job, he should look for another one. Unfortunately, this attitude is very common to find with the employees in many businesses and even when the owner is. When the job is done, they are fired for ineptitude or poor training (Also consider this.). They complain that there is no job. (Attitude and Aptitude are elementary) OjO .. This was something like 4/5 months ago.
